Jim (Jimmy)'s Story
Well, I still live in the Sacramento Area. Fair Oaks to be more approximate. After I graduated from La Sierra, I attended ARC for a couple of years and worked for DMV as a permanent intermitent employee. Played in a couple of "rock and roll bands" (drums) doing that period of time. Lots of Parties. Later, I went to work for Cal-PERS and am retired now and periodically have been attending ARC. I am currently enrolled at ARC and am striving for that associates degree in both Humans Services and Psychology.

divorced now, and have struggled with abusing alcohol and drugs. While I was in the bands, late 70's & early 80's, we (band members) did lots of drinking and using! I am in reoovery now and don't touch the stuff anymore, but if you remember in high school, we were not cool if we didn't do drugs. And of course, I had to be cool. Only if I knew now what I did not want to know then, I would be in a much more higher standard of living now that I am 50.
